Prohibits the sale, lease, or disposal of the Indian Cultural Center or Riverside Golf Course property until the Oversight Committee makes recommendations from the study and the General Assembly enacts legislation on the issue (previously authorized disposal of the property). Makes conforming changes to the bill title.
