    Amends GS 108A-12 to require individuals appointed as a county director of social services to satisfy at least one of the following minimum education and experience requirements (1) a master's degree in social work and two years of supervisory experience in the delivery of client services, (2) bachelor's degree in social work and three years of supervisory experience in the delivery of client services, one of which must be in social services, (3) graduation from a four year college or university and three years of supervisory experience in the delivery of client services, two of which must be in social services, or (4) an equivalent combination of training and experience in social work as determined by the Office of State Personnel.
