    Provides that the House of Representatives urges Congress to enact legislation directing a federal agency to designate at least one city in the United States each year as an "American World War II Heritage City," with Wilmington, NC, as the first city designated by the agency.

    Directs the House Principal Clerk to transmit a copy of the resolution to each member of the State's congressional delegation.
