Appropriates $16,564,000 for 2025-26 from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management for a directed grant to Hope Mills, to be used in the specified amounts for the construction of a new community center and to design and renovate the Hope Mills Senior Center to make it ADA compliant. Effective July 1, 2025.
